Sausage Fettuccini Alfredo

Freybe Sausage Fettuccini Alfredo

Tasty Parmesan and Bratwurst stir fry – the perfect rainy day meal. Serves 4.

Ingredients:
1 lb (500 g) Freybe Thuringia Bratwurst
8 oz (250 g) spinach fettuccini
1 tsp (5 ml) butter
1 cup (250 ml) half and half cream
1 tsp (5 ml) dijon mustard
½ cup (125 ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
1-3 green onions, minced chopped parsley, garnish with green onion and parsley.

To prepare:
1. Slice sausage into ¼ inch rounds and sauté for one minute in butter in large frying pan.

2. Whisk in cream and mustard.

3. Bring to a boil; stir in cheese.

4. Cover and turn off heat.

5. Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
