Gourmet Pizza with Ham, Salami & Artichokes
With over 125 award-winning Freybe deli products at
your fingertips, pizza will never be the same. Serves 4.
Ingredients:
12" (20 cm) pizza crust
1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato sauce
4-5 pieces canned artichokes
1/2 cup (125 ml) black olives, sliced
1/2 cup (125 ml) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup (125 ml) onions, sliced
3.5 oz (100g) Freybe Black Forest Ham, sliced
3.5 oz (100g) Freybe Hungarian Salami, sliced
4 oz (125g) feta cheese
2 tbsp chopped basil or oregano on top (optional)
To Prepare:
1. Heat oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
2. Spread sauce evenly over prepared pizza crust. Top with artichokes, olives, tomato, onion, Black Forest Ham and Salami. Sprinkle evenly with crumbled feta cheese.
3. Top with chopped basil or oregano (optional).
4. Bake until crust is brown and serve.
Hint: Try Gipsy Salami, Hickory Smoked Bacon or Chorizo for distinctly different flavours.
