Freybe Back Bacon is a Canadian product made according to our Meisters’ craftsmanship. After deboning the pork loin cut, the product is spiced, injected and tumbled. Then, the bacon is cooked and smoked using beech wood chips. Since the back bacon is a fully cooked product - all it needs is a bit of reheating. Either pan fry and serve with eggs or slice into small pieces and add to your homemade pasta. Easy and delicious!
