At less than 4% fat, our quality hams are made from carefully
trimmed, lean pork. To tenderize the ham, the meat is massaged
for 15-20 hours, then carefully baked and smoked. The result
is a superior ham with a firm, but soft texture; the flavor
of the meat itself is enough to distinguish our hams from
any you’ve ever tasted. All of our hams come ready to
eat – just heat and serve, or enjoy cold in sandwiches
