From the start of your employment, we make sure you feel like part of the Freybe Team!
During recruitment, we will ensure that selection tools are utilized to confirm that you fit well with our culture, style and team.
At hire, we will ensure that you have the tools and training needed to fit in over the following weeks.
New hires are paired up with a buddy to introduce you to the “unofficial” things you’ll need to know about working at Freybe (culture, lunch breaks, styles, who’s who, etc)
Scheduled feedback sessions for continuous improvement
Freybe’s Human Resources team is committed to providing programs to develop our Associates, whether as a team or personally. Programs currently in place include: Leadership Development
This program fosters talented pools of Associates to prepare them for future leadership roles within the company; includes a combination of BCIT Leadership certification, practical experience throughout the business, and an Executive Mentor (2 years duration)
