    Freybe’s Human Resources team is committed to providing programs to develop our Associates, whether as a team or personally. Programs currently in place include:
    Leadership Development
  • This program fosters talented pools of Associates to prepare them for future leadership roles within the company; includes a combination of BCIT Leadership certification, practical experience throughout the business, and an Executive Mentor (2 years duration)
  • Performance Management
  • We use assessment tools to allow each Associate a tailored personal development plan - assess work style, strengths and opportunities for improvement. This includes a self-administered assessment and a peer feedback assessment.
