  • We hire Casual Associates throughout the year to assist our Manufacturing. If you are looking for an opportunity to cross-train and learn all areas of the Manufacturing Supply Chain, while maintaining a flexible part time work schedule, this is the opportunity for you! This is an ideal solution for students looking to gain manufacturing experience while going to school.

    • Summer Student Recruitment
  • Every summer, we hire many highschool and university students for seasonal work. Opportunities for these students include a competitive rate, end-of-summer BBQ party, and a Monday-Friday schedule. Returning students with at least 1 year of service are eligible to apply for a Freybe Scholarship. Students have the opportunity to grow within the company, leading to potential Leadership Development.

  • This program fosters talented pools of Associates to prepare them for future leadership roles within the company; includes a combination of BCIT Leadership certification, practical experience throughout the business, and an Executive Mentor (2 years duration). A wonderful opportunity for grads looking for a career in management.
